GL events China Company Limited is established in Shanghai since 2006.

Our mainland China office has developed a full range of in-house services including: venue management (Shanghai Pudong Expo), event planning and management, exhibition organization, construction and decoration, AV supply & Furniture and Hospitality services (French Touch) to accompany and coordinate your entire event with one course of action: its successful realization. By having such extensive in-house services, we ensure that international quality standards are respected to make your event flawless.

Shanghai Pudong Expo, the venue we manage since 2006 is a state-of-the-art event square of 10,000 sqm. Its crystal wall design, modular use of space and sophisticated facilities makes it an innovative solution for gala dinners, conferences, exhibitions and luxury events.

During Shanghai World Expo 2010, GL events China has proudly been appointed official service provider for 6 international Pavilions (including Taiwan, Chile, Portugal) with facility management to event & communication management.

These extensive references led us naturally to organizing events for Corporate, Associations & Institutional, event & PR agencies.
